Ayman Rahman, Program Manager, Service and Social Innovation
Ayman Rahman serves as the Program Manager for GWupstart, running the Service and Social Innovation activities at the Honey W. Nashman Center, where he oversees mentoring, training, and funding for student-led projects at GW. He holds an MA in Media and Strategic Communication from the School of Media and Public Affairs at George Washington University and a BBA from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka.
Before joining GW, Ayman started and served as the Director and Chief Creative Officer at Purplebot Digital, a leading creative consultancy in Bangladesh. He has received multiple national and international awards for advertising, social innovation, and student leadership. Over the years, he has designed and facilitated workshops, coached students and professionals, and helped develop impactful service initiatives across sectors.
Ayman is passionate about the power of storytelling in driving social change. His work focuses on empathetic leadership, inclusive collaboration, and creating space for bold, people-centered ideas that push boundaries and serve communities with care and intention.
